How the phone ships

Five minutes between opening the box and using it.

BLANK leaves our workshop ready. No setup wizard, no mandatory account, no apps to close. This is what you’ll find.

    Open the box

    Inside: the phone (Samsung Galaxy A16 with BLANK OS already provisioned), a USB-C charger, a cable and a case. Nothing else.

  2. 02

    Insert your SIM

    The Galaxy A16 has a dual nano SIM tray. You put yours in and the phone recognises it in seconds. There's no eSIM on this model — which is why we don't promise it.

  3. 03

    Turn it on

    You choose a language and connect to Wi-Fi. It doesn't ask for a Google account. There's no Samsung wizard. You go straight to the BLANK home.

  4. 04

    You'll see the home

    A grid with the thirteen essential apps: Phone, Messages, WhatsApp, Waze, Camera, Photos, Contacts, WhatsApp Business, Outlook, Clock, iVoox, Spotify, Settings. At the top, the time and notification badges.

  5. 05

    Start using it

    There's nothing else to configure. The notification filter and the app block are active out of the factory. If you want a whitelist different from the standard, tell us before we ship.
